In the Spice Jungle: Segev Kitchen Garden, Israel Spice Greenhouse Restaurant

Health and organicism, more and more restaurants in order to emphasize the freshness of the ingredients, to use the words "now mining", "salvation" and so on, to prove that the ingredients are really fresh; but to extract the ingredients directly from the side, It seems to be less. Like in Israel Segev Kitchen GardenThe spice plants were planted directly in the corners of the restaurant, creating a “fresh pick-up restaurant” and unexpectedly creating a space with unlimited greenery.

Segev Kitchen Garden is one of the five restaurants opened by the famous Israeli chef Segev Moshe. It combines oriental and western fusion creative cuisine, and the most distinctive one is the large and small vanilla planting around the space. Segev Moshe Invitation Studio Yaron Tal The design team created the restaurant interior; considering the restaurant's characteristics, the designers deliberately reserved a lot of space for the spice plants - not only as ingredients, but also the best decoration to create a green atmosphere. The number of these vanilla plants is amazing, making the visiting diners feel like they are in the jungle; in addition to the cabinets, the shelves are full of plants, and even attached to the beams and lampshades, even the bathroom has a little green makeup. It seems that it is really "fresh".

Plants fill the entire space, not only healing the vision and the soul, but also the best working partner of the chef. The spices and ingredients used here are taken care of by the chefs, and the freshest and safest tastes are added to the dishes that they are responsible for – this kind of work is like being given a mission to make the restaurant not just delicious. Also more meaningful. How do people stop at a restaurant? In addition to food, it is necessary to let the guests visit during the "people" perspective.

Old house, old tree, old Tainan: born in wood, Tainan B&B Xie Zhaisan
