Nautical adventure in the restaurant: Stockholm Oaxen Krog & Slip

As soon as you enter the door, the boat hanging from the ceiling seems to say: "Break everything! Jump off everything!" There is no mud in this world. There is no valley in this world, and some are only ready for the next sailing. Let go of the Stockholm complex for anyone, and experience the natural philosophy of Oaxen Krog & Slip on the island of Stockholm, Sweden. "What is our root?" The roots of Oaxen Krog & Slip are the native and flesh of the Swedish land. Their sails are the singers of the Viking ancestors, and their rudder is the simple aesthetic of modern Sweden.

The Oaxen Krog & Slip restaurant is located in Stockholm's Oaxen Island and is currently moving to Djurgården Island in the heart of Stockholm, Djurgården Island, which means “animal garden” in Swedish. Design by Fahlander Arkitekter Built by one hand, the original dock is converted into a restaurant; the designer retains the structure of the dock, the local nautical culture, respects the owner and chef Magnus Ek versus Agneta Green's philosophy of husband and wife, extending the design.Surrounded by the sea, Oaxen Krog & Slip also includes two restaurants – Oaxen Krog, which offers formal dinners, and Oaxen Slip, a cheap snack. At the same time, in 2007, I took over the houseboat Prince Van Orangiën and converted it into a hotel; even if the number of rooms is small, it is a desirable tourist experience.

"Our philosophy is to be as close to nature as possible." - Oaxen Krog & Slip

The falling wood on the animal garden island, the picked-up local spices and ingredients, and the fresh seafood from the port of Scandinavia, together form the landscape of Oaxen Krog & Slip; it can be from a small piece of wood The silver branch that extends out, the tip of the silver branch is filled with the skill of a bite-sized chef; it can also be a bowl of white sea salt in a shallow dish, scented with white scallops with deep purple sauce; it can be a piece of food, sprinkled with powder Trenching logs. The local vegetables on the logs are adorned with purple flowers, and the fresh leaves are directly on the roast birds, or even a bowl of green grass and a delicate combination of black sauces - "as close as possible to the nature of nature" Oaxen Krog & Slip The philosophy is unobstructed in the atmosphere of the restaurant and the design of the meal.

Nature, nature, is also the essence; the essence of eating is the inheritance of life, and it is endless. Eating, perhaps the most human beings that can communicate with the nature of nature today, may be the medium that can most awaken people's joy and affection to life today. The Oaxen Krog & Slip restaurant returns to the original nature of the food with its cuisine, perhaps its innovative food based on traditional Swedish cuisine. Its simple yet far-reaching connotation can quietly spread the seeds of healing in this world.

Collection of light and shadow: the corner of the Brazilian collector, Collector's Nook

The Brazilian architectural firm mf+arquitetos was founded in 2009 in São Paulo, the largest city in the southern hemisphere, and is involved in numerous commercial spaces, residences and interiors in Brazil. This time they designed a “corner sanctuary” for a collector in Franca, Brazil, applying its style of excellence – “using Brazilian local material to transform it into a neat modern structure”, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This scented southern city has a simple warmth fortress that can calm down. "Collector's Nook" has a striking warm-colored wood screen wall that runs smoothly throughout the building. In the daytime, the fine-grained wooden screen wall introduces the sunlight, giving the interior space a geometrical light, and at the same time giving the lighting effect of the "life" collection contained in it, and retaining the eyes of the occupants in a low-key and dramatic way. The black and white marble walls are used in the kitchen and bathroom, and the geometric warmth just coincides with the marble walls to create a decorative contrast. "...
